National Day 2013
Hi, I'm here to blog about how I spend my National day as you know frm th title! Haha this year I didn't spend it overseas like I usually will do.... Instead, I spend it with my bf, family & cousins! :)
Had steamboat on th previous night which was on Hari Raya w my family & bf. Mum prepared & cooked a lot & I rly ate a lot cos it's been like months since I last had steamboat at home.... Th last time was on CNY? Hehe. Initially me & bf had plans w his friends on national day, but due to some reasons, th plan was cancelled & in th end both of us had nothing on....... So I suggested to go fly kite becos I feel like flying kite (like duh?!) & also it's been so long since we last flew a kite + I haven get to fly my penguin kite since I bought it like months ago!
Bf drove lorry down to fetch me in th afternoon! Hehe luckily he drove, if not we will be having a hard time waiting for buses thr........
So here we are! Brought over some food which my mum prepared frm th leftovers last night toooo!
It was a good day that day & th wind was super strong!!! Released my kite & it just flew straight up & up & up~~ End up my kite was like th highest among everybody's.... :D Super funny whn so many ppl flew their kites & their strings tangled onto us! Bf got so angry & he went over untangling strings with ppl saying how they can't fly their kite properly HAHAHA DAMN CUTE MAKE ME LAUGH..... Overall I rly enjoyed myself + thr's national day songs playing at th barrage also! It's been so long since I last heard all th national day songs properly alr.... :)
Headed back home at ard 5plus & we went over to th supermarket at my house opposite before going back home for 2nd round steamboat! This time w my family & cousins.... :) Hehehe happy day happy girl. If only I can live everyday like this ♥ ♥
